It depends on what you have in the package. I just sent a package from Seoul a couple of days ago by means of DHL and my dad already got it. But it would be much more expensive if it was a 30kg package.
A 30kg package will cost you about 50 000 Korean won to send by sea. This will take two to three months. Sending it by air will be three times as much and it will get there in a couple of days. Both works fine.
Its not the cheap or easy way. It depends on how soon you want it there!

I am not being funny if I say that sounds suspect ! What 30kg parcel could be that important yet you want the cheapest way to send it ? FEDEX OR CAPE COASTAL !
