Are you referring to Law as an individual class or Law as a JD degree to sit for the Bar Exam?

If the school is regionally accredited, you will qualify for financial aid, regardless if the class in online or onground.

The curriculum is the same, but the format is more self study, with participation via discussion groups and audio chat sessions replacing lecture halls.

Are you in the US?

Before studying law at any school, you should look at how many people from that school actually pass the bar exam. You will find that the percent passing is directly related to the quality of the school -- and on-line schools are of notoriously bad quality.

Since they are more expensive than even the best public university -- only an idiot would go there.
