I can honestly admit that I got worried when someone could design or draw better than me... But I get over it by trying to be better... ^_^

Put it down to everyone has their own unique style.
For instance in your drawings..... who says they are better than yours????
It's personal and unique... your own, and don't let anybody tell you different !

When I first started flying big stunt kites, I would fly in a park with better flyer's than me with nicer kites, so I started to fly at the beach so I would be the big man on campus. When it comes to my woodwork as good as I get there is always someone who has more skills, but in this case I don't mind because I want to learn and increase my skills.

I know many others that can draw better than me and I commend it. Our sons now can draw better at their ages than i ever could and I think it's great.
I've been drawing for over 30 years and I always love to see another persons work. If they are better, I like to know what makes them better.

I learn from that person as much as I can, it can only make you better at what you do.
In my case, I run into poker players that are better than me all the time, but I always try to take away a little something and add it to my game.

Even if you are totally amazing at something,, there is ALWAYS going to be someone better. Even if you are an olympic gold medalist. Next yeat, someone will come and beat the record....
Happens all the time. Expect it !!!

I praise them to do better, because that is the way I was taught. Being mad or jealous is a selfish act.

I wouldn't worry about it. The grass is always greener on the other side but that doesn't mean that your grass is brown!
