I have lost both my mom last year and my little sister six years ago and I have to say hun that only time eases the pain.It never completely goes away but it will get a whole lot better. My doctor put me on zoloft though and that has helped me tremendously with my emotions. Thoughts are with you.

I am sad that the person I care for is gone from this earth, I will miss them while I am still here, and rejoice that I will be joined with them someday- in some form whether it be heaven, or in a huge energy flow, or in whereever our unique souls go once our bodies are done.

When my husband and parents died, I took time off work to grieve by myself. My dad was the hardest to get over. Each day is a little better, but it's a slow process. Tell them you love them when they're alive to appreciate it.
