I would like to be out of pain all the time and be happy again...

I would love to change from staying at my parents to living in my own place again, I miss my independence and making the choices in the way I want to live.

I would change the fact that my body isnt where i want it to be, but the real problem is my motivation to do so. I really wish i could change that, and in time i hope i will : )

Nothing I love my life. I have a wonderful wife, three great kids, I love my job and my house. Oh and I have a dog.
