I always did and I'm glad of it.
1) Most foundations have sun screen.
2) Even before they had sunscreen the foundation itself acts as a barrier to the sun.
I'm 45 years old and people often have a hard time believing my age, as they think I am in my late twenties or early thirties! I attribute this to wearing foundation since I was 13.
Wear a very thin layer and cover it with a thin layer of translucent powder. This is very similar to the new mineral-based foundations. They would have the same effect.

I never bothered wearing make-up and always found it looked too heavy. My skin is relatively good, I barely get acne. However I do have an uneven skin tone with those annoying rosy cheeks. For the last 2 months I have been using L'Oreal mineral foundation. It's a powdered foundation that comes with a brush that you brush on your face, starting from your nose and working your way out. I recommend this to anyone, male or female. It's light so it doesn't cover too thick so that everyone knows your wearing it and it stays put. It evens my skin tone and makes it looks really fresh and natural. I have had so many people comment on my skin and the colour of it.
The minerals in the foundation are much better for your skin than normal foundation and it still protects against UV rays.
I paid about AU$35 for it which is so cheap compared to many other foundations out there. I never go a day without wearing it anymore and sometimes that's all I wear all day.
Even if you don't wear make-up I really recommend mineral foundation, it looks and feels like you're not wearing any at all and yet you walk out the door feeling 100% more confident and happier with yourself.

No, I stopped wearing foundation earlier this year. I find that a good facecare regimen is all that I need to have nice skin-and ever since I stopped wearing foundation I've only had a couple of outbreaks of zits. However I find that wearing foundation with zits just accentuates them more, so what I recommend is using a good facial cleanser, an astringent, a facial scrub, a moisturizer, and Vitamin C serum.

I certainly do. I take care of my skin and it is pretty flawless. Foundation is not just for evening out skin tone. If you want to create a matte look...use matte foundation. You want to create a dewy look...use liquid foundation with a wet sponge or apply it blended with moisturizer. If you want to look extra flawless in professional pictures I would suggest foundation as well because it makes you look your absolute best. Foundation is not always about cover up.

Foundation can be worn whenever you want to wear it. It can help even out skin discolorations or blemishes. I have pretty good skin so I don't use it all the time. I save it for when I'm going somewhere important or if I do have a bad breakout.

Yes, actually if your face is infected with pimples, it is not wise to evn put on make up, it will worsen the condition. Unless you have a dinner to attend or photography seesion.
otherwise cure your pimples before putting on make up.
Foundation can even out your skin tone, just ensure that you cleanse your face thoroughly after makeup, get proper make-up remover to assist you. You may also consider apply make-up base before you apply your foundation.
If you find foundation too heavy for daily use, if may just use face powder.
There is a difference when a girl put on make up.

Yes, I have clear skin but still use my Bare Minerals foundation as it gives me a nice glow. I am a bit fair without it..
Then - at times of the month when I get a pimple, they it conceals it...everyone wins!!!

If your skin is clear with no pimples - foundation isn't really necessary since skin looks great naturally with a little summer glow. If you need to balance our your skin tone, try a tinted moisturizer with a sunscreen. Apply by blending it evenly with a damp cosmetic sponge.

There is two reasons why i don't use foundation. First, Since i don't have any pimples on my skin so there is no reason for it and the second reason is because i feel there is a wet layer on my skin and it's disgusting.
