TV Tuner card, from $50 to $150 depending on capabilities.

I've seen some Slingbox clones for $50 or so.

The determination is fairly worse because of the fact your 40" television probable makes use of a 1920x1680 determination or some thing like that. Thats the comparable determination that a 24" visual reveal unit like your viewsonic has. So truthfully there are the comparable quantity of pixels, its in simple terms stretching them out extra to fill 40 inches.

Slingbox, or a TV Tuner card would be the best. Do a search for "All-in-one" Videocards.
