How to get into Job Corps?

Okay so I was born in America and living there until 2004 meaning I couldn't finish high school because I had to move out of the country(no, I didn't get deported). My question is could I still get into Job Corps meaning I could just move back and go there?
Basically, I meet all of the requirements.

Interested in joining Job Corps? Call (800) 733-JOBS or (800) 733-5627. An operator will provide you with general information about the program, refer you to the admissions counselor closest to where you live and mail you an information packet.
