ok i just typed this like massive thing to another person asking the same questions... hope it helps..
"i had this problem when i was tweleve. but the fact is that if you don't start development before your around 17/18 its a medical issue. There is no way to make your breasts grow faster, if there is, its either a boob job, or something that people say will work and won't. I suggest you don't stuff, because its easy to spot, and lets just say you rather have people making fun of you for being flat, then being something your not. If you don't have a boyfriend, and there is no one, lets say... your invlolved with the best solution is to go to victoria secrect and buy a gellie bra :]
yes a gellie bra, i bought one once, because i had to wear a strapless dress to prom a year or so ago, and i didn't want to have to pull up my dress the whole night, so those puppies helped it hold up.
i would suggest buying one from there, plus the gellie pad things are removable, so when you start to grow and fill it out, you can just pull them out. plus Victoria Secrect bras are the very comfy.
as for bathing suites, you can insert the same gellie pads from the bra [ i would suggest having 2, one for swimming one for your bra] and insert them into the slit [normally found in the bottom right or left hand corner of the bathing suite], and wa-la you won't be falt in a bathing suite!

You could do something with your arm and squash them together. That will sometimes help you with your breast. I don't think there is a pill to help your breast grow. But I might be wrong. You could ask the pharmacist or your doctor about that.

When I was 21 years old, I had two fried eggs. I had two babies now I am a D cup. Don't know if it was the babies or I was just meant to be this big.
I hate them, they are heavy, my back hurts. Men stare at me, and I am always the butt of all jokes.
I don't know how big you are, but enjoy those small things.

Gain some weight!
I used to be flat as a board, but as soon as I put on some weight....my boobies got HUGE!!! They are so large now, they are annoying!
