88 pulsar throttle body carby?

Question

when i come to an intersection and apply brakes it stalls,only at running temp. when it idles at running temp you can hear it idleing up and down.when you give revs and back off,it goes to stall then idles up again.leave it idle,it starts to idle up and down again.what is the problem.

Sounds like a vacume hose leak could be the cause.
