Has anyone heard of a remedy for prevention of grey hair? Without the use of chemicals or is this a fate we have to live with....please don't offer dying tints I am looking for an alternate method.

Eating Apricots and taking an herb called "Fo-Ti" may not stop the graying process but it will slow it down.

I am a golden blond. I have been all my life. I am not about to do anything to change that, (it is my favorite part of ME) but time will, and I will just accept that I have experienced another sign of my age. You tend to get smarter with age, and hiding from the truith is just proof that you are not doing a good job of reaping the rewards. There sure are enough drawbacks to geting older without adding having to buy hair die, and find time to use it.

Grey hair occurs due to a natural decline in the production of melanin. Find a way to keep that at bay and you're golden.

I have gray hair. I think it's distinguished, but it is different for a woman. I'm sorry I don't have any alternative methods for you to use

There are some herbal remedies. Must start very early.
Homeopathy too.
And Yoga . Says one, with yoga is stays natural.

I've heard somewhere gray hair is cause by a copper deficiency.

its normal to have grey hair it comes with age and im not going to cover it up because its making my self fake like everything else.. fake plastic flowers on peoples kitchen tables that are made out of press board.. in there fake slap togather houses made cheap like its made from cardboard.. and there cheap disposable cars they drive sooooo!!! .. i got grey asss hair how do i fix that?

Live with grey hair because it's kinda sexy and many men find it very attractive.
