A week, but we were in the mountains and there were no showers.
Actually I could say several years, but that was because we only had a bath at home when I was a kid so doesn't really count.

I went for a week a few times when I was a kid. No amount of coaxing or punishment would make me take a shower more often than that. It paid off though, because I refuse to skip even one day now.

ill be honest ive gone with out a bath for 2 weeks because the boiler was broke an i couldnt be bothered to keep putting the kettle on

i went 1 week.
i have a friend who goes weeks without showering.
his parents make him take one but he doesnt want to, so he turns on the water and sleep on the toilet for 15 minutes.
