Great question. I think I would, but I would hate to be in a situation where I had to make a decision where that could be the outcome

Maybe not for a stranger but for those close to me I would. I'm over sixty now too so if I was in a situation where Only myself or a 15 or sixteen year old could possibly survive I think I would take the hit and let the young one go on living.

That's a hard question to answer. I think you can't answer that for sure unless you go through a situation that you can choose. I'd like to think I would. And if I did it for someone I loved, it'd really be because I was more afraid of the harm that would become them than of the harm to myself. When you love someone, you put them before you. You can't really help it, it's just the way it is.

Yes, for any of my nieces and nephews in a heartbeat and for any other members of my family. I'm also an organ donor so hopefully I can help someone live once I'm gone also!!

I think not too many of us could honestly say "YES" until put in that situation.
