Because its a jukebox musical. I hate those..... it just takes old, popular songs and tries to create a storyline around them, like all shook up, mama mia, etc...

Probably because it has uninspired music and relies on cliches and stereotypes to move the plot along. It is truly a musical for the blue hairs. If you're under, say, 40 I can see why you were bored!

Maybe because you are a lost OC boy? lol Look, everyone is entitled to their own opinion but posting yours like that is just inviting people who like the show to hate on you. Maybe you're just too young to appreciate their story?
