As a Charger fan the Bears had their opportunities taken away by three key turnovers. Both teams were very good defensively, the Chargers just held on to the ball better. The bounce on the punt was a fluke.
But for Grossman... I don't think he had a terrible game. He hit receivers under a lot of pressure. Maintained good drives with key completions only to have two crucial fumbles. The Chargers are a tough team to gauge against for Cedric Benson, but if he can't run against KC next week... The Bears season may be in trouble. But not because of Grossman.

Perhaps. However, the big problem the Bears have is that they let their #1 offensive weapon from last year go in Thomas Jones. Griese should be able to manage the games a bit better and not do as many stupid things. I really like Grossman and I think he'll learn. He's still a very young QB.

Dumb question, a f*ckin high school QB could give the bears a better chance to win than that sorry piece of sh*t they call their quarterback! They had a chance to win the most prized possession in football, but Lovie Smith was too f*ckin stupid to put in Griese. F*ck the Bears and f*ck Lovie Smith, until they get rid of Grossman i will never watch another Bears game. It is so sad that Grossman is at QB after the way he played all last season, Lovie must enjoy it in the @$$, cuz all Rex is doin is SCREWIN their chance at a ring!!!!!

Grossman wasn't the problem today. He played well. The interception he had wasn't his fault. Our problem is our run game the only running back that looked good was Garret Wolfe. We need some kind of run game for Grossman to be able to do anything. Remember our offense is designed for the run game not the pass!!

Well who knows. I dont think anyone can be as bad as Grossman. So he probably would be the Bears best bet at Qb now, If they want to score more points. To win they need alot of help

I don't think he'd be worse, but he is not as athleticly talented as Grossman.
Defenses would really crowd the box on him and shorten the field because he can't throw the deep ball.

If they can keep him sober, heck he may even be better than Rex when drunk.
