Undergrad is the first 4 years or BS/BA level, graduate school is any education after that. Post graduate education is any course work taken after finishing your graduate education.

once you're engaged on a bachelors degree, you're an undergraduate student. A graduate student already has a bachelors degree and is working on a masters or PhD. you would be an undergrad.

undergraduate, has not graduated with a bachelors, while a graduate has already graduated with at least a bachelors and is pursuing a higher degree.
