And I have a magical talismen of my own that grants any wish I make on it. Hasn't failed yet. The last wish I made resulted in a death so I don't use it anymore.

Hard work, faith, and a little luck. A little of each can grant MOST wishes. Some wishes are just impossibly retarded, though.

Your mind. If you conceptualise a desire (wish), then you can fulfil it. All down to using your mind creatively and positively. Sometimes a wish is just a gateway to somewhere more interesting.
