Apathy. On my personal knowledge, I don't see (or should I say, I am not convinced that Erap committed plunder). He had blunders and lapses such as signing for Velarde but I dont see the merits of accusing him of plundering. The first thing that I am eager to know is the evidence that a particular sum of government money coming from my tax is stolen.
I blame those thousands of misguided people who went to the EDSA II and to those people who discontinued the impeachment process. I also want to shred and to concoct that empty envelope that stirred the prosecutors who walked out.

No one is above the law , president , lawmakers, or a simple Juan . We should respect the decision of higher court. For me Pres. Estrada is Guilty! All the evidence presented were all true .

In my opinion, Joseph Estrada will be convicted. If he will be acquitted, Pres. Gloria's presidency will look bogus. It will look that we removed from office a legitimate president in Edsa 2. The problem about a conviction is the possible unrest that will ensue.

He should be adjudged guilty or all these drama culminating from Edsa Dos would be in vain. But of course, he should be pardoned to avoid political unrest. Ironic huh.
