I've been in college for a week but I hung out with one of my friends in high school for most of the week and I still hardly know anyone in my dorm but it seems like alot of the people here have already made alot of friends. Is it too late for me to make friends?

It's never to late to make friends.
Just be yourself and talk to people about stuff you like, You'll end up making friends before you know it!

No its not too late. You are not making more friends cause you already have one( the one you have mentioned here) Just chill and get to know people, talk ,and may be you will have something in common with them. Its only two weeks....chill.

as there is no age for learning just like that it is not late for making friends...there is no age to love.just ask urself "what am i afraid of?"
