Vijay you are a tool. The Philippines is multi-cultural. It's a SE Asia country with it's own culture mixed with Spanish Culture and that of American Culture. And of course it's multi-lingual. Singapore is similar that way. And while Singapore has been much better financially it's still not really on par with other 1st world nations. Otherwise you would have freedom of speech, no dictator ruling, changes to the visa laws, etc. But for the poster: It's cleaner, very small place, financially strong but expensive, safe. Languages typically are Chinese and English.
