I would say that 18 is considered a adult you can do alot more things when you are 18 like vote and you know on those commercials it says must be 18 or older to call. So I think 18 year olds R considered adults but hey you r still young!

The American culture is so weird in this aspect. Once we turn eighteen, we are officially considered eighteen, and are legally able to vote, to join the military, purchase cigarettes, and whatever else. Yet alcohol is a no no until the age of twenty one. I have no desire for any of those items that I've listen except for the voting one and can't want because I will be able to vote come 2008 elections, but I just think that some things are still out of whack.

I honestly don't think so. Maybe a young adult.. or an older teen. Eighteen just doesn't qualify you to be an adult in most cases, i think. ok actually, age sometimes has nothing to do with it, rather the experiences you've gone through. but seriously at 18, i don't feel like an adult and i know not many do, either. i think full blown adulthood hits you somewhere in your mid twenties to your thirties. from thereonout, consider yourself an adult.

We should pick one age. If it's 18, be it 18 and impose no limits to 21. All for 18 or 21. I'd have to say 18 is a good age to be considered an adult.

If you can't handle life when you're 18 then just forget it :P

Yes. Because the number says teen doesn't mean a person doesn't have a brain. Yes there are some exceptions that are idiots, but there are plenty of idiots that are 20 and older.
