Basically each round of Big Brother (excluding the final two rounds) are composed of five events.
The first event is the HOH competition. For the most part, all players in the game except for the outgoing head of household compete.
The second event is the nomination ceremony. At this time, the winner of that round's HOH competition nominates two people for eviction.
The third event is the veto (or POV) competition. The HOH, the two nominees, and one person drawn at random by each of these three people (for a total of six) compete. Once you get down to the final six, all compete.
The fourth event is the veto ceremony. At this event, the winner of the POV can veto one of the nominees. The winner can also choose to leave the nominations intact. If the veto is used, the HOH must name a replacement nominee (someone other than the vetoed nominee or the winner of the POV).
The fifth event is the eviction vote. All remaining house guests, excluding the nominees and the HOH vote, to determine which of the two nominees is evicted. If there is a tie vote, the HOH does get to vote to break the tie. Only one person is evicted and the other rejoins the house guests.
When you get down to the final four, while the process is the same, the effect is different. The nomination ceremony is essentially meaningless. The key is the POV competition and the veto ceremony, which doulbes as the eviction vote. If the HOH wins the POV, he/she can rearrange the nominees at the veto ceremony. Whomever he chooses not to nominate gets to choose who is evicted. If the person who was originally not nominated wins it, they choose who is evicted by whom they veto (as this will leave only one nominee, since the veto holder can't be nominated). If one of the two nominees wins it, they are removed from the block and the person who was not originally nominated must be nominated. The winner of the POV then chooses which of the two nominees to evict.
The process changes in the final two rounds in that there is only the HOH competition and the eviction vote in the next-to-last round. The winner of the HOH (typically a three part competition) evicts one of the other two house guests. In the last round, there is no competition, only a vote for the winner cast by the last 7 house guests evicted.
As things stood prior to the POV competition (which is always held on Saturday -- so if you want to know who won you can check the spoiler blogs on CBS), Jameeka was the one who would cast the vote as to whether Danielle or Dick would be evicted. If Jameeka won the POV, she would get the right to veto either Dick or Danielle with the person who did not get vetoed to be evicted. If Zach won the POV, he could keep the nominations the same in which case Jameeka would decide between Dick and Danielle or he could change the nominations and put Jameeka on the block instead of one of the Donatos. In that case, the removed Donato would cast the vote to evict Jameeka or the remaining Donato. If one of the Donatos won the POV, they would remove themselves, Jameeka would be nominated, and then the Donato who won POV would choose between Jameeka and the remaining Donato.

At least one of them has to make it to the final 3 because there are 4 left and someone goes home Tuesday.
All of them will play for PoV and the winner can remove Dick or Daniele. If one of them win they will certainly take themself off and Jameka is the only person Zach can put in their place.
Only the person who is not nominated or HoH can vote who to evict, which right now is Jameka. The vote will be 1-0.
And just a caution, the PoV competition has already taken place so if you don't want to know who won, be careful of what you read on Y!A. Many are posting spoilers without warning.

No, Zach is HOH so he can't vote. Danielle and Dick are on the block, if either of them win the POV then Jameka automatically goes up cause that's all that's left and the person who won POV will vote who will be evicted next. FYI the POV has already taken place you can check out the spoilers on any of the BB8 searches......they will show the POV on Tuesday but it was actually played Saturday.

If Danielle or Dick win power of veto they can use it to save themself. That means that Zak has to nominate Jamica. And that means that the person who is voting is either Dick or Danielle.

So I didn't understand this either, but now that I do I think it sucks. I think Dick and Danielle are both horrible and neither one deserves to win. I may never watch this show again because of how disgusting it is. Dick has openly admitted to cheating by getting codes from his son in the mail. Maybe he should be disqualified.
