Are their any talent agents in the bay area?

i want to be an actress and i dont know where to locate an agent to get ne.
do u know where any agents are in the bay area that i can audition for to get ?

There are several agents in SF but you need to have a good amount of experience to land an interview. If you have years of acting class, a great theatrical resume, & some student & indie film roles on your credit list then go for it.

Go to Sag.org. Use the dropdown menu on the right labeled 'resources' and choose 'agent information'. On the next screen, on the left choose 'Find a SAG franchised agent' and follow the directions. Send them your pic, res & cover letter and wait to see if you get any bites.

You dont start being an actress by getting an agent. An agent will not give you the time of day until you are a good enough actor to compete with the best in the world and that takes years of experience and training. if you are under 18, your parents have to get you an agent, because you are too young to sign a contract, so you cant work as an actor without your parents' consent either.
