I guess every day is too much to ask for. Thanks for all the tips, though. None were bad, except the one guy who I can't figure out why he even answered because he says he's not even interested in sex at all. He must be a monk.

It sounds like the poor guy needs some sleep. He's probably over worked. With a woman that looks like you, he surely isn't having a problem with his libido, I'm sure.

He also needs to increase his testosterone levels. The best way to do that is the following:

Leg training produces high testosterone levels and results in larger chest, back and arm muscles, because of the huge demand for repair that leg training results in. Leg training also creates natural HGH that builds muscle and creates an anti-aging effect while we sleep. Simply put: train legs hard and your whole body gets bigger.

There are many other things you can do to boost testosterone levels. Increase your EFA consumption. Essential Fatty Acids from sources such as avocados, fish and healthy oils like flax seed, olive are a great way to naturally boost testosterone levels. AVOID Canola oils and soybean oils. These oils generate large amounts of trans fats when heated.

Eliminate ALL soy from your diet. Soy protein raises the body’s levels of estrogen (the main female hormone) and this has a direct negative effect on testosterone levels. Soy also inhibits mineral absorption, especially iron (50%) and slows your thyroid function down.

Limit your consumption of alcohol. Alcohol has been shown to have quite a dramatic effect on testosterone levels, so try to limit your "binge drinking" nights and keep your alcohol consumption in moderation.

Increase your dietary intake of cruciferous vegetables. Broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, turnips, cabbage and brussel sprouts have all been shown to dramatically reduce estrogen levels, thereby raising testosterone. Be sure to cook these vegetables because if you do not, they will slow your thyroid down.

Lower your daily stress levels. Being overly stressed stimulates the release of “cortisol”, a highly catabolic hormone that will cause your testosterone levels to plummet.

Increase your sexual activity. Sexual stimulation causes the body to increase the production of oxytocin which increases endorphin production (the "feel-good" hormone), and this also raises testosterone.

Make sure to get adequate sleep every night. A lack of sleep contributes to cortisol production, and this will lower your testosterone levels. It is important you get at least 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep. It takes this to get your body to go into a quality REM sleep that recharges your adrenal glands.

Also, you may want to get aggressive with him. Tell him Mr. Happy needs to show up more often.

Hi there,
Most often premature ejaculation occurs in younger men, but it can affect men of all ages. There could be a number of different reasons for the problems, both physical and psychological. The good news is that there are certain solutions available that have proven effective, such as the Ejaculation Trainer (see site here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565), which can show a man how to develop permanent ejaculation control. By successfully addressing a man’s ejaculation concerns and teaching him how to control it, he will quickly become more confident and both he and his partner will be much more satisfied.
Bye

I agree with the person who said to have his testosterone level checked. If your testosterone level is not optimal you can have lower sex drive. Also medications can play a roll especially anti-depressants. So he should see his doctor if he feels his libido isn't where he wants it to be. A natural approach would be to go to a natural health store and by Nettle Root Extract. it unbinds the testosterone that is bound by a protein in the body and allows it to freely float through the blood stream and do it's job.

I *think* infoman is asking you the same thing I wanted to: are you talking about endurance, frequency, erectile issues, or just general interest in you? So that avatar is actually you? Unless you are one of those who needs "it" several times a day, then there must be something wrong with the guy.

But maybe you could try asking him what kinds of things *really* turn him on...you know, the ones he hasn't told you but probably secretly wishes for.

He should see a doctor and get his testosterone level checked as well as his thyroid level. Some medicines affect a person's libido. It depends if he takes medicine, or has any health problems, too. You could ask him what his top three fantasies are and provide him with one of them.
