Do you ever act like your talking on your cell phone to avoid someone in person?

You know Gus, I see people on their cell phones all over the place. I wonder how many are doing what you just said!
Me? No way. I am the type to just walk away. If I don't like the person and don't want to talk to them, they might as well know now and save me the aggravation. : )

Yes, its usually at a store when I see those people and most of the time I see them first so I just walk in a different direction, or hide until they are gone.

When someone was following me, i did. It worked well, i pretended i was talking to my sister saying things about the creepy guy following me, and he backed off.

The key is to make sure you phone is off or silent and so you dont look strange when it starts ringing.

Yes, I do that a lot. Mostly when I am walking by the road alone so they think I am on the phone.
