my girlfriend and her friend sprayed my dishes with roach spray and then washed them with bleach because she saw a roach, now someone who could use 2% of their brain would tell you to move the dishes then spray but nooooooooooooo they just sprayed it then soaked it in bleach!! now they think this will create some force field to keep roach's off!!! now my ******* dishes smell liked bleached socks!!!! and they swear up and down that this normal and makes sense!! is it just me or do I have a right to be mad!!!!!!!!!

Yep you have the right to be mad.

The combination of roach spray and bleach could have been toxic...

Put all the dishes back in the sink and soak them overnight in soapy water.
Tell them to never mix chemicals...


BLEACH
Even old bleach can be used according to label directions as a cleaning agent and disinfectant. If you can't use it, see if a neighbor can. NEVER mix bleach with ammonia or with acidic products such as some drain, toilet bowl, and metal cleaners. Toxic fumes (strong enough to be fatal) will result.
