The Monica Lewinsky scandal had nothing to do with the running of the country, which Clinton was doing a good job at, and therefore people still approved of him.

Bill Clinton is a lovable person. It was easy to understand why he was attractable to the ladies. If Hillary wins the white house I think Bill will be the most popular attraction there, The more the conservatives whine about the possibility, the more I look forward to it.
