You and your parents should do some research, visit both schools and then come to a decision together. I would suggest you get acclimated to your new school before you get a job. Maybe think about working at Del Taco over the summer.
If you aspire to be a writer, go for it. Start writing now and work on getting you work published at school or in local publications.
Good Luck.

Pick one life change at a time.
1] make a list of pros and cons for each school.
Students, teachers, classes, activities. What are your goals?
College, technical school, service? Talk to kids that go to each one.
2] after you attend either new school for a while [ 3 months at least ] then see about getting a new job. BE WARNED! Food service is not that much fun, and sometimes you work for dummies. I would not let my 14 year old walk or bike in the dark.

As far as the schools are concerned - research both of them and determine which one is going to get you the best education.
Talk with your parents about how working might impact your school work. Make the decision only after you and your parents have made a plan for making sure you are successfull with your school work. If you start falling behind in school or feel too much pressure - it's time to drop the job. You have all of your life to work - right now you should really be focused on your education.
As for your dream...go for it!!! My father-in-law has been working on his dream of publishing his books for years...he has now accomplished that dream! Good luck to you!!!

You need to go to the school that will give you the best education, not the one that your parents think is more convenient. Which one has more extra-curricular activities that you might be interested in? Which one has a higher graduation rate? Which one offers/requires classes that will prepare you for what you want to do in life?
As for publishing your books, always follow your dreams. But, you're not likely to publish the ones you're writing right now, at least not without revision later. (I say this from my own experience and NOT to discourage you). Start by sending out short stories or essays, and research the submission guidelines for magazines and contests. Avoid poetry.com like the plague. Check out answers.com for their under-18 Creative Writing challenge.

I say go to the high school in the neighborhood. I can meet friends that live close by and it will save on the time you get home, do your homework and get to your parttime job. You wont have to worry too much about directions it things are close and you can still learn the directions it you need to. Google the directions or mapquest them. Closer can be better. Your mom wont have so far to drive.

No, that may no longer acceptable under God. synthetic government regulation for the Jw's, properly i assumed the Jw's don't have no longer something to do with government. it form of feels as they are very sturdy in believing to sacrifice human beings, fairly the greater youthful ones. I nonetheless declare that there is not any place interior the Holy Scriptures the place Jehovah God pronounced, "Drain your blood and die." (God did say that approximately animals, no longer human beings) I declare I even have not ever study or considered a scripture like that. Who desperate to cause them to self Jehovah God and choose will face God at Armageddon. sure, please Witnesses pray fervently for Armageddon, the day of vengeance is coming. the place is that scripture Jw's? the place did Jehovah God pronounced the 14 year previous boy could die???

You and your parents need to do some research. Which school is rated higher academically? Which one has the most graduates who go on to college? That should determine your choice.

14 year old decisions? Seems like those decisions should have been made 14 years ago. Why did you wait 14 years to make these decisions?
