The popups are coming through Internet Explorer even though I have the pop up blocker on for both IE and Mozilla (which is the browser that I use). The thing is, sometimes the popups don't happen. Then other times they do. I thought they went away, but then they started back as mysteriously as they first started.

Mozilla's pop up blocker isn't strong enough to handle some of the more sophisticated pop ups out there that are getting made everyday. You need a third party pop up blocker that works in the background to get rid of them all. Especially when sites format their popups to be treated like extra navigational windows.

Are u using IE7 dear?
Else install some better blocker and make sure u have not temporarily or permanently allowed somew sites to po up.

download and install spybot search and destroy. also try using opera as a browser along with mozilla.
