Can anyone tell me about that and or what makes you stay short or whatever!? Please and thanx! I heard squatting too much can have an effect on your joints and you saty short! So someone please tell me?

Growth spurts vary so much from person to person that all that can be said with any accuracy is that you will have one or more -- usually several -- during your puberty and possibly even after other parts of puberty are complete.

Genes determine your maximum potential height, and good nutrition helps you to achieve that maximum potential. Sqatting has absolutely no effect on your height, nor does running, stretching, etc. It's all in who your ancestors were and how well your body is nourished.

of course, that's what most people refer to as growing pains. to increase growth spurts take some Kelp.
