my friend says she saw a picture of the devil's face on a 9/11 picture.. is that true? is there such a picture? if so please send it to me!

It was created either by the Weekly World News, or the Sun. I forget which.

Yes there is such a picture, and in answer to the previous. The original image was scientifically tested, and in trials in a lab were shown not to be doctored in any way. If you have a look at http://www.youtube.com and have a wee lookie through the tower collapse video (if you have a look at official CNN footage) you will see the same face, as well as many others (dellamorte) in the videos....My GOD ROB, YOU ARE A FOOL!!! Did somebody tell you it was fake, and hey, you just believed them. Or did you do what i did, and spend 17 and a half hours reviewing maybe 80 different angles, shots, and sources before you made that assumption... You should really look into things before you open your mouth mate...

Sort of. There is a picture that people say is the devil. However, this is the same effect at finding shapes in clouds, fire, ink blot tests, etc.
Just because you see something in an image that does not mean that the image is of that something.
I recall seeing a picture of an angel holding up one of the towers as well (again, the product of the smoke).
Edit: For something like this you don't need photoshop, just human imagination.

I definitely recall seeing the picture in question on the front page that now-defunct pillar of responsible journalism, The Weekly World News.
They frequently ran similar front page pictures (they all looked alike to me--as if they used the same one over and over again, which I'd scarcely put beyond them)--even the headlines usually ran something like "DEVIL'S FACE SEEN IN (clouds, smoke, whatever) OVER (or at) WORLD TRADE CENTER RUINS (or in a tornado, hurricane, or some other disaster site).
Ah, the thrills of the sensational press!

There is a simple explanation for all the pictures of devils and angels in this. It's called "photoshop."

I saw a bunny rabbit in the smoke.. I don't know what the devil looks like so how can anyone say it's the devil?

It is just the way the smoke and smog appeared. But yes it is a convincing as a face.
