You are probably suffering from one or both of these disorders:
1. Paramnesia - a disorder of memory: a) condition in which the proper meaning of words cannot be remembered; b) the illusion of remembering scenes and events when experienced for the first time -- called also déjà vu
2. Jamais vu - a disorder of memory characterized by the illusion that the familiar is being encountered for the first time
Visit your local psychotherapist 's clinic as soon as possible before it gets the better of you.
Good luck

Dont worry thats normal.
deja vu normally happens when you dont get enough sleep. Its actually very i tresting, you see what happens is that due to lack of sleep your brain processes alot slower . So when you see something your brain will process it seconds slower therefore leaving you with a feeling of having been trough a situation already with no memory of it. If you dont understand i would reccomend doing some research. Good luck and get some sleep

I would go with lack of sleep and/or stress. Especially if that's something that's been going on lately.
They brain seems to learn and recall based on trying to match patterns. So, it's natural that your mind compares a current situation, image, smell, etc. with a previous one, whenever possible. So it could be these particular triggers make you feel "familiarity" with your environment at the moment. Maybe

If you are a youngster you live in a bubble of repetitive experiences. Same people, same chores, same language, same fads, same hassles. It stands to reason that what happened to you is what you're going to dream about, and that it is going to happen again. It is just recycling.
