No his last coach Hall of fame Tony Roche was let go early this year.I think Fedderer does not need a coach. His girl friend acts as his manager and lookout. He has used players in the past as scouts. He also has a string of young players he uses in practice. He said on the the tennis channel he will not play a new player without a scouting report.

At the moment, no.
Tony Roche, who was a pretty good Australian tennis player (won the French in 66) was his last coach from 2005 till May of this year. He took over for Peter Lundgren, who coached him for seven years - it was a bit of a shock when Federer dropped Lundgren, but he needed a change.
Peter Carter (another aussie) coached Federer early on as a youth and when he first turned pro - he consulted with Federer until he died in a car crash in 2002.
Federer and Roche split after he lost to no. 53rd ranked Filippo Volandri at the Rome Open in the third round - Federer played his fourth consecutive match without winning a title - the longest stretch of his career.

To be honest, does Roger need a coach? The year after Lundgren left, he won three majors and 11 tournaments (2004)

Roche was really only a part-time coach at the time - he did more fine tuning then extensive coaching - to be honest, Federer knows his game so well, that he really acts as his own coach - he doesn't want someone telling him what to do every step of the way. Its a little like Tiger - how do you give much advice to the greatest player around - you make suggestions, but they really coach themselves.

No, he doesn't have a coach. This is not the first time he's been without one. The last time he went without a coach was in 2004 when he started all his winning ways.

No and I don't think he is going to be having one any time soon. It is good for all players to have a coach or consultant, but Federer has played excellent tennis while going solo. Unless his play goes downhill, I don't see him hiring a new one soon.

Why waste money on a coach when you keep winning? Coach at that level are very expensive.
