No. The biggest it will take is a 600 MHZ Slot 1.

The only real way to figure this out is by looking up the type of motherboard it has in it. My guess is that if its more than 10 years old, then no. Other than that, I don't see why it wouldn't.

i looked up ur system specs. not sure if it can. call dell and ask them. they might tell u.
