White spots on young girls breast?

My daughter is 14 and she is a healthy growing girl. But she has recently informed me for about a few years or so she has been having white spots or bumps on her breast *nipple area. I hope this is only a small problem..

I would make an apt. with your pediatrician & get her checked out. It could hormones, soap, chapping, without being seen it would be difficult to guess.

no big deal, im 14 too, and i have them too. if they dont hurt or itch then she should be fine.
