I just finished up my first year, and just made my first B...which really ticked me off. I hate math....anyway...I have a 3.83 now (was a 3.94 before that mean old B), but is that still good? Thanks!

Depends on the major. In engineering, if you get a 3.2 or higher then you are on the Dean's List because some of the engineering courses are so hard and half the class fails. That's what I don't get. It's OK for a professor to fail half the class but they won't give half the class A's if they truly earned it.

In the college of Liberal Arts you would have to get at 3.8 to get on the Dean's List.

I'll take anything over a 2.0. Give me a C and set me free!
