I've noticed that lately whenever I start to masturbate, I feel a sort of throbbing pain in the back of my head. It's more towards the right and bottom of my skull. I seems that the more I masturbate, the less painful it becomes. If I skip a day, however, it becomes just as bad as it was before. Changing positions or surfaces doesn't seem to help, and I don't think that it's the excitement since it doesn't happen anytime else. I'm not sure what caused it because there wasn't really any major change in my life. Well, I suppose I went back to school, but isn't masturbation supposed to relieve stress? Anyway, I was just hoping that someone with medical experience or someone to whom this has happened could help me find out what's wrong because throbbing head pain while masturbating could certainly put a damper on my sex life!

Is it a problem due to the position you're in while masturbating? If you're lying down, do you have your head or neck in a weird position? Or could it be from breathing too heavy/fast? That can give a lot of people headaches. If the problem doesn't go away from changing your position or breathing, go see a doctor about headaches. You can tell them you get headaches during "physical activity" if you're embarrassed. It could be a sign of high blood pressure. (But at your age, I'm betting it's either from breathing too fast or from being in a weird position! Or from a sinus infection that gets irritated when you're lying down.)

To me your headache appears to be something known as benign coital headache.
The first and most common, is the benign coital headache, which tends to occur on a regular basis during or after sex, and is relatively harmless.

The second type is the "new onset" severe headache during sex/masturbation. This is a first time headache, which the patient generally characterizes as the worst headache of their life. This type of sex headache is a serious emergency until proven otherwise. Such a headache is often due to an acute brain hemorrhage or other serious condition. Fortunately, this type of first onset headache is a rare one but is a serious one.

Benign coital headaches tend to occur before or during orgasm, and may persist for a period of minutes, or hang on for hours after sex. It can occur in both men and women. Although benign coital or orgasmic headaches are very painful, and obviously limit sexual enjoyment, they present no other acute . Hope this helps

no clue man but you should talk to a doctor because that sounds really really bad. the best guess i can provide for you is that the extra blood being pumped to your lower head is causing a pain in your upper head (you must not have enough blood to work both heads at once) but as a guy i can say that must be awaful. Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/F36pU
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

It could be that because you need to get blood to that male organ that your blood is circulating faster through out your body and that what is causing your headache.
