I think that's impossible to decide. Every state I've been in has had "the prettiest scenery". It just the subject, mountains or forests, or beaches, Even desert scenes can be gorgeous.
I prefer to enjoy all I can.

I have to say, my homestate of Maryland really has some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. We have everything from ocean and bay views (Chesapeake Bay), mountain ranges (Allegheny Mountains), waterfalls to an endless supply of forests and farms. For those of you inclined to visit cities, Baltimore is a huge tourist attraction for it's rich history and it's shops and restaurants on the harbor. So come visit Maryland and have some fun!

North Carolina. you have the mountains with each and every of the timber that variety color interior the autumn. you have the seashores that are clean and alluring. interior the wintry climate you are able to ski or snowboard. I'm in UK and have visited the USA a few times. Of the places I've been, I'd say Vermont is the prettiest I've seen.

i live in NC i guess you would say it has pretty fall colors,also up in Ashville,NC they say the Biltmore Home is also beautiful,i lived in Texas,Florida,Masschuettes,its really hard to pick the prettiest scenery,b/c every State or Country has its own Beautiful Scenery no matter what Season it is.
