No. Carrying a grudge is pointless. It doesn't change the past. It's doesn't change what happened. It doesn't change what anyone has said or done, or not said or not done.

A grudge only holds you in bitterness and resentment.

Cut them out of your life. Reduce their ability to cause harm in your life and then be free of them.

If you cannot avoid them, treat them with indifference.

i don't. feeling inferior to others and being quick to take offence is so not cool. but that's just me
