You definitely could and you still have room for plenty of other fish. I would go with

1 Dwarf Gourami
7 Glofish
5 Glass Fish
and 5 Yo-yo or Kuhli Loaches

The Gourami and the Glass Fish will be the most sedate, the Glofish will be super hyper, and the Loaches will be somewhere in between. They are all great fish to have, just make sure you don't get painted/dyed Glass Fish. Painted fish are injected with dye and the whole process shortens the fishes' lives and most of them die in the dying process. Email me if you have any questions.

EDIT: Generally, a group of Gouramis is a bad idea as they become quite territorial with each other... In a tank your size, you could keep 2 males, or one male and 1-3 females. Keeping 3+ males in a 29 gallon tank will lead to violent territorial disputes.

They are a social fish so it is a good idea to put them with other gourami but other matching fish is good too. One single gourami will need 5 gallons of the tank. This leaves 24 gal for the other fish. And since both glass and glow-fish are small and peaceful, they'd make a good community.

Not a problem. A single Gourami would be fine, but a couple females with a male wouldn't hurt. A small school of corys would do nicely, I'd say 4-6, and the metae is an attractive cory that is very active in schools, even in daylight. What type of glass fish are they, though?
You might also add a school of neon or cardinal tetras, black skirt tetras, or other similar tetras.

Easily. I would only get 1 Dwarf Gourami for the 29g. I have 2 males in a 55g and for a few weeks they fought, after 2 weeks they settled down and don't fight or really get aggressive anymore.

Dwarf Gouramis also come is many amazing color morphs. Look around and pick the one you like best.
