Subliminally attacking binLaden's manhood is nothing more than a cheap shot aimed at trying to enrage him into doing something careless. Then the 'manly' Bush administration can say, "See? IWe told you so! We told you binLaden was dangerous! We told you he was insane!"

They've decided his organization and all the power he has is gone. That he is no longer a threat.
They're just making excuses because they could never catch him.
