Time doesn't flow into a blackhole. Time flows forward. Time isnt a substance.

As far as I know it's possible. Time can be altered, but destroyed I'm am unsure. But like most things in physics you can usually find strange cases in which the laws of physics we know go out the window, just like an old Apple computer, because you can't upgrade them. haha Science and computer humor.

There are a number "conserved properties" that cannot be destroyed in physics. Examples are energy, charge, and momentum.

A conserved property is defined as one which does not change with time. By this definition, time is not conserved, but increases at a rate of one second per second. To "destroy" it, which I take to mean decrease its value (I can think of no other meaningful interpretation), you'd have to go back in time. Time machines are thought to be impossible, though.
