Got a friend with fatigue, nausea, shaking hands, dizziness, and they just plain feel bad constantly. This is quite the opposite for them from the way they usually are. No way she's pregnant(Hyst.) Ideas or thoughts. Serious ones please.

She could be hypoglycemic. She needs to be seen by a doctor & get checked-out ASAP. We would just be guessing & she shouldn't leave her health to Yahoo Answers.

Symptoms of hypoglycemia include:
hunger
nervousness and shakiness
perspiration
dizziness or light-headedness
sleepiness
confusion
difficulty speaking
feeling anxious or weak

The combination of symptoms you describe is most likely very serious. Encourage your friend to see a doctor asap.

Sounds like what I get when I get my period. I'm 16. I also start sweating real bad. If it's when she's on her period, then it may be the same thing I have and it's nothing to worry about. But tell her she may want to talk to her doctor about it.

I recommend your friend sees a doctor as soon as possible. It might be sometimes serious, although I hope not.
