Definitely the grilled cheese. The grilled cheese is rugged from the frying pan, while the taco came from a stingy fast food restaurant.

everyone said taco so far, so im goin with the grilled cheese!!

See, heres what happens:

The grill cheese jumps on the taco and the taco shell breaks and the taco meat is splattered everywhere, but the remaining part of the taco is still fighting. The grill cheese smothers the rest of the taco with it's cheese, and the taco loses. mwahahah, then i come and eat what ever is left.

um, why are they fighting in the first place? anyway, i would say the taco would win, because it has a lot of stuff in a taco - or backup as i call it. grilled cheese is just a flimsy cheese sandwich. a taco has a hard shell, or at least a thick one, if you prefer floured shells. plus it is...well, one tough meal that's not afraid to get messy.

The grilled cheeze has clogged arteries from all that fat and cholesterol and wouldn't last too long against an angry Taco with a hard shell and hot salsa!

ooooooo, good question........ummmm......the farmer in the dell sez the cheese stands alone, but if the taco has cheese on it(and tacos ain't tacos without cheese) then the upper hand goes ta the taco........that's about the only logical way ta view this.......so i guess it's taco, hands down
