Depends. Somedays I still feel like I'm 19 yrs old. Then I look in the mirror and wonder "Who is that fat middle aged woman?"
Other days I feel as ancient as the hills.
Today, I feel old and tired.

I am 33 and feel like 33 most of the time.
Sometimes I feel like 21 when I am acting silly and other times I feel older - like when my back hurts in the morning and I can barely move.
