Did you put the little handle down, did it fill with water, or is the water turned on, so many things....Call the Manufacturer.......########

Yes, should have made ice in about an hour and not more than two hours. Check your temperature in the freezer if it is too cold it will take alot longer. Put it on the suggested manufactures setting. Also check your water line to make sure it didn't get kinked when you put it in. Good luck.

It should take only a couple of hours at the most. Did you lower the wire arm that's attached to the ice maker?
