I assume you mean 5 sqrt([4x2y7]/[81x])
The coefficients are pretty easily disposed of. sqrt(4) is 2 and sqrt(1/81)=1/9. Then we have
10/9 * sqrt(x2y7/x)

I would opt to leave the x in the denominator of the sqrt and wind up with (10/9)xy^3/ sqrt(y/x), but since you want it rationalized, we get (10/9)y^3 sqrt(xy)
