Well, if he won't let you buy it, isn't he going to notice you wearing it? If you're willing to sneak behind his back to wear it, I don't see what's keeping you from sneaking behind his back to buy it. Same thing, really.
You need to sit down and discuss this with him. He's got his reasons and you've got yours. If you can both agree to calmly hear each other out, you will both feel better. You didn't say how old (or how young) you are. I'm thinking you're trying to look grown up too soon and your dad is trying to keep you young and innocent for as long as he can. That's love, honey. You won't see it that way until you have kids yourself but your dad is quite aware of what it's like to be your age. The clothes are different, but the pressures are all the same.

If you can't get one of your friends to buy you some, they use your mascara as eyeliner. You can apply it with a tiny brush or with a Q-tip.
By the way, I'm sorry about your dad. I think he's making a mistake not letting you experiment with makeup.

i think using a match is too dangerous as with mascara. you need to be really careful what you put near your eye as it is easy to get infections. some people have suggested using eyeshadow and a brush, this is the best idea. even if you do buy an eyeliner buy a cake one and an angled brush. it will give you the straightest, thinnest line. it stays in place all day if you put foundation under it and is easy to wash off as its not waterproof.

Don't do that... trust me.
There is a really simple way to do this, simply take some eyeshadow, whatever color you want, if you want black eyeliner than a black shadow for example, then wet your brush rub it in the shadow and it creates a eyeliner. You can't have too much or too little water because either way it doesn't turn out as supposed to! There you go! Using shadow is a way softer way to do eyeliner... Its highly recommended!

Burn a bunch of matches and then scrap the burnt part into a circle box thingy then smash it up till it's like an eyeshadow then use a thin paint brush(sice your dad won't let you get an eyeshadow brush either) and dip it into water and dip it into the ashes and apply like eyeliner.

There really isn't a way to make your own eyeliner safely. Don't use burnt matches, you could really do some damage with that.

Don't make it.
The burning a match thing sounds dangerous.
Wouldn't that be like ashes? That sounds so bad to get into your eyes. =/
Anyhow, if you have something that even looks like eyeliner on, your dad's GOING TO KNOW.
Don't screw up his trust with you on such a small thing.
It's going to screw you over in the end.

If you have a dark eyeshadow you can get a q-tip and line your eyes with it. I have done it many times before. It actually works for a more natural look. First wet the q-tip and spread it around the eyeshadow then apply. I really hope this works for you!
