he'll hit puberty. Since his voice hasn't even changed yet, he's really concerned about this. He says it should've occurred when he was in his 40's. Whadda ya think?

OK... He is 56 years old and just NOW is hitting PUBERTY, I think you have the whole thing messed up. Puberty happens to teenagers Not elderly.
