Not usually the current versions. I don't know if there is some kind of agreement between the textbook companies and the libraries, but they rarely seem to have anything even reasonably up to date. One thing to try, though, is that if your professor puts a copy of your textbook on reserve with your school's online system, you may be able to access it from the password-protected site.
